Susan Hill is an Associate Broker. Her real estate experience began in 1983 as a residential contractor. She has been a REALTOR since 1997 and is a graduate of the Graduate Realtors' Institute (GRI) and a continuning member of the Distinguished Sales Society of the Savannah Board of Realtors (SABOR). Susan is on the Ethics Committee for SABOR. Her involvement in the community complements her success as a Realtor. She has served on the Tybee Island Zoning and Planning Commission, helps coordinate and plan the Tybee Tour of Homes, and is active in the Chamber of Commerce. Susan also does a lot for her church, All Saints Episcopal Church on Tybee. She was recently named 'Queen Mum of the Red Hot Flashes of the Coastal Empire.' Judy is the Broker and Owner of Tybee Island Realty. Originally from Brooklet, GA, Judy is a graduate of Georgia Southern University,where she was one of the original founding sisters of Kappa Delta Sorority and the last ever (and still reigning)'Miss Starlight Ball.' She received a Diplome de Francais from the University of Dijon (Bourgogne) in France (Yes, where they make the mustard!)and has a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Georgia. She taught high school French and English in a 'former life.' Now, when she can, she loves to travel and writes a monthly column for THE TYBEE BREEZE, an entertainment magazine on Tybee. She has been a REALTOR and a million dollar producer since 1989 and has served on the Board of Directors for the Savannah Board of Realtors and as a State Director for the Georgia Association of Realtors. Judy is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and has served as Treasurer and Secretary of the organization. Along with fellow Realtor and husband John, she has been a full time resident of Tybee Island since 1983 and a property owner long before that, so she knows the market better than most.

John O'Neill is the Chief Operating Officer and owner of Tybee Island Realty. As a Savannah boy whose family always had a cottage at Tybee, he has watched the growth and changes in the area and has extensive knowledge of the real estate market. John attended West Nottingham Academy in Maryland; the Bolles School in Jacksonville, FL; Benedictine in Savannah; and Atlantic Armstrong University.He is a former television news director and anchor and local radio DJ personality. John was President of the Savannah Board of Realtors in 2010. He has served as Chairman of the Georgia Association of Realtors Course & Instructor Development Committee and teaches classes for Realtors on the local, state, and national level and is a State Director for the Georgia Association of Realtors. John served on Tybee City Council twice and writes a monthly column for THE TYBEE BREEZE magazine. He and wife Judy have been Realtors since 1989 and full time island residents since 1983.

Delane Cannon hails from north Louisiana. She made her first flamboyant mark when at the tender age of five, she ran away with the circus. But, her parents made her give it back. A well-worn globe trotter, having lived abroad in Germany and England, Delane finally settled in the thriving little metropolis of Savannah with husband Tom and two furry, four-legged children who totally control their lives. A graduate of Loyola University of New Orleans with a BA in Communications (remarkably in spite of the Quarter's temptations),her career went from television production and news to the corporate communications arena. Delane has been Realtor since 1999 and has experience in both residential and commercial properties. She holds the Certified Distressed Property Professional designation and can help buyers with foreclosures and short sales. Her knowledge of Chatham County's islands and surrounding areas grows with every transaction. Delane enjoys art, music, flying kites on the beach and gardening when she's not looking for the next great real estate deal for her clients.
